What if the package is lost, damaged or some items are missing?
In this case, you should contact our customer support team. We will either resend the goods at no cost or offer you a full refund.
What shipping options do you offer?
Currently, we ship products using 2 shipping methods: Trackable Courier Service (5 – 9 days) and Airmail service (14 – 21 days). The packages sent by Airmail service are not trackable. See our Shipping page for more details.
What if I still haven’t received my order?
If you chose Trackable Courier Service, you can track the status o your order using your tracking code. If you opted for standard airmail delivery, then it could take up to 30 days for your goods to be delivered. If you do not receive your products within this term, contact your nearest postal office. If they verify that they have not received the parcel, we will reship your order at no cost or offer a refund. Landa Canadian Pharmacy always strives to solve any problems as quickly as possible.
