EmblemHealth Renews Collaborative Care Partnership with Landacorp
Chico, California (July 24, 2012) – Landacorp announced today an agreement with EmblemHealth to extend its strategic partnership for collaborative care technology for an additional three years. EmblemHealth utilizes Landacorp's platform to serve the care management needs of its members in New York.
The extension of the partnership is built on a long-standing relationship between Landacorp and EmblemHealth companies, Group Health, Inc. (GHI) and HIP Health Plan of NewYork (HIP). EmblemHealth currently manages the care of more than two million members. With the renewed partnership, EmblemHealth will continue to evolve its technology and is well-equipped totransition to Landacorp's CareRadius suite, which will allow them to provide integrated care management solutions for better collaboration between the plan, members and providers who care for those members.
