Rishabh Mehrotra, President and Chief Executive Officer
Rishabh Mehrotra was named president and CEO of
Carewise Health, in 2006. Mr. Mehrotra brings more than 19 years' experience in healthcare, benefits and information technology to the position.
Prior to joining SHPS/Carewise Health, Mr. Mehrotra was President and Chief Executive Officer of Abilizer Solutions, Inc., a premier provider of presentation server infrastructure and human resources portals. He is a former consultant with McKinsey & Co., where he helped senior executives design and implement strategies that centered on growth, acquisition and organizational transformation.
He is a graduate of Tufts University and holds a MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jay Dunlap, General Manager
Jay Dunlap has been with Landacorp since 1996, and currently holds the position of General Manager. In this capacity, he is responsible for continued product excellence, overseeing next-generation product development, managing the division's operations and strategic integration with SHPS' solution offerings.
Previously, Mr. Dunlap served as Landacorp's Vice President of Operations and Technology. In that role, he redefined the company's software development, delivery and support teams and processes to improve quality and address emerging market needs.
In his 17 years of industry experience, Mr. Dunlap has held various management positions, including production manager for TransTec Concepts Inc., a telecommunications sub-contracting firm where he oversaw an early Internet broadband implementation with Pacific Bell, as well as manager of a 1995 .com start-up, servicing national accounts.
Jamie Hall, Senior Vice President, Sales
Jamie Hall joined Landacorp in 2010 as the Senior Vice President of Sales. In his present role, Mr. Hall is responsible for all sales initiatives related to new business acquisition and current client growth and development.He leads an interdisciplinary team of sales executives, clinical and technical specialists and support staff.During his first six months at Landacorp, he oversaw a period of exceptional growth driven by the CareRadius collaborative care platform.
Prior to joining Landacorp, Mr. Hall served in several leadership roles at Landacorp's affiliate company, Carewise Health, extending back to 2003, including VP Channel Solutions, and Senior Vice President, Health Management Solutions Sales and Product Marketing.
In his 19 years of industry experience, Mr. Hall has held various leadership roles in both the healthcare services and healthcare technology sectors, including Senior Marketing Consultant with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and VP Carrier Relations with BenefitPoint, a transactional employee benefits technology company catering to the payer and broker marketplace.
Aaron Johnson, Vice President, Research and Development
Aaron Johnson joined Landacorp in 2009 and currently holds the position of Research and Development Director. In this role, he is responsible for all phases of the product development cycle, including design, programming, quality assurance and product delivery. In addition, Mr. Johnson oversees the IT infrastructure and the remote system and database administration services.
He brings 22 years' experience in enterprise scale application development, implementation and support. His background includes software programming, product management and project management.
Prior to joining Landacorp, he was the President of SunGard Bi-Tech for 10 years, providing ERP solutions to large public sector entities.
Kristi Campbell, Vice President, Collaborative Care, Marketing and Partnerships
Kristi Campbell joined Landacorp in 2009, bringing in more than 20 years of health care industry experience, and currently holds the position of Vice President. In this capacity, she is responsible for leadership of market- facing activities and associated partnerships to realize Landacorp's collaborative care strategy of connecting members, providers and health plans through clinical and technological tools.
Previously, she served as the Director of Client Services for Landacorp leading the implementation, account management and marketing efforts, including leadership through the launch of the CareRadius software suite.
Prior to joining Landacorp, Ms. Campbell spent nine years at CitiStreet, a benefits administration firm, as Vice President of Strategy and Partner Relations. Her previous roles [there] included leading marketing activities, relationship management, program implementation and strategy. SHPS, Landacorp's parent company, and CitiStreet had a key strategic partnership during her tenure in Partner Relations at CitiStreet.
Kim Tommasone, Vice President, Client Services
Kim Tommasone joined Landacorp in 2011 as the Director of Client Services, bringing 25 years of experience in the health care industry to the position. In this capacity, she is responsible for engagement with the marketplace and clients; delivering on all contracting, consulting implementation and account management activities, as well as client support.
Prior to joining Landacorp, Ms. Tommasone was the Director at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, NY/WellPoint, within the health management division. Previously, she has led the medical management PMO, overseen the medical management systems and corresponding interfaces, as well as provided leadership for the migration of claims and medical management systems.
She has overseen operations within the medical claims and appeals division, and has led the reporting and analytical teams responsible for medical management data. Also during her tenure at Empire, she played a key role creating and implementing the 360 Health Program, which integrates a member's full continuum of care.
Matt Lantz, Development Manager
Matt Lantz has been with Landacorp since 2000 and currently holds the position of Development Manager. In this capacity, he is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all activities related to the architecture, development and integration of the product suite.
Prior to this position, Mr. Lantz joined Landacorp upon graduating from college working as an Interface Specialist. He then became a Software Developer and then eventually earned the title of Software Developer Team Lead.
Peter Cullen, Product Manager
Peter Cullen joined Landacorp in 2011 as a Product Manager. In this capacity, he is responsible for overall product management functions and processes. Mr. Cullen brings 20 years' experience in the healthcare industry to this position, working with provider, payer and information technology clients and/or employers across the continuum of care.
Prior to joining Landacorp, Mr. Cullen was a Senior Director at RelayHealth, a McKesson Company, in both Product Management and Business Development capacities related to eHealth activities.
