Overview
Provides consultation of client processes, analysis of consult findings, coordination of a client training plan, client support and product testing. Provides recommendations for product use.
Job Skills/Requirements:
- Maintains detailed understanding of the product technically and functionally.
- Identify and analyze current client business processes.
- Engage in advance preparation with the client to assess system usage needs through written and verbal consultation; determine the interaction between various departments and the ability of the system to function as envisioned by the client.
- Thoroughly document inconsistencies/issues/concerns for follow-up and/or resolution by programming staff.
- Coordinate data analysis needs for implementation and report specifications and recommend appropriate systems configurations.
- Create workflow diagrams.
- Review client business requirements.
- Redesign business processes and identify business rules.
- Produce scenarios for testing.
- Develop end-user training curriculum.
- Perform end-user training for large groups with various ability levels.
- Test all company developed software, as updates/revisions are available.
- Assist with software application design needs after meeting with sites and assessing needs.
- Participate in on-going Quality Improvement efforts.
- Organize and maintain a weekly schedule of assigned task.
- Conduct necessary healthcare research and disseminate findings to the appropriate parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 2 to 4 years previous implementation experience with a software vendor or a third party consulting firm preferred.
- Previous experience in Managed Care medical management and/or managed care case management business operations preferred.
- Previous experience with Relational databases and enterprise-class software applications preferred.
