O’Neill has more than 20 years of healthcare management experience, including 10 years at WellPoint, Inc, the nation’s largest health benefits company. Prior to WellPoint, O’Neill served in various director-level roles in case, quality, and utilization management.

O’Neill also serves on the board of the Camarillo Health Care District, an organization founded to provide community health services to the City of Camarillo and surrounding areas, including California State University Channel Islands and the unincorporated community of Somis. In this publicly elected position, O’Neill uses her clinical experience and expertise to help the district expand its scope of services and provide support to the community that is not offered by other organizations.
